Feeling outraged and deeply saddened by the acts of open hatred & violence against some of our brothers & sisters following the 2016 presidential election, I decided to channel those feelings into something constructive: spreading more love and kindness. 

It's a small thing, but small things turn to bigger things when we unite, when we all stand together.

I love the symbol of the safety pin, and wanted to make mine an even clearer & more powerful statement by adding affirmations to it (plus it looks pretty!) Thought others might like it as well, so here it is.

This has nothing to do with political values, this is about HUMAN values. This is about more than just tolerance and acceptance, this is about the CELEBRATION of our beautiful differences.

Please stand with me in support of Love, Peace, Equality and Freedom. Let's stand in solidarity with those who have been and are still being oppressed. Let's stand united. We are stronger together. We are more beautiful together.
